KLiving terms of service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the KLiving parent site (kliving.org) and the KLiving account used across our product family. By creating or using a KLiving account you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Your KLiving account
A single KLiving account can be used to subscribe to multiple KLiving products. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Product-level service terms apply separately to each subscription.
3. Product subscriptions
Each KLiving product (KreditBuilder, HomeWifi30, etc.) has its own Terms of Service governing that product's pricing, cancellation, equipment, and service-level commitments. When you add a product to your account you accept that product's terms.
4. Referrals
Referral codes issued under /r/[code] are personal and non-transferable. We may revoke or redirect codes associated with abuse (self-referrals, incentivized click-fraud, etc.) and reverse any credits earned thereby.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or scrape or redistribute content in a way that competes with KLiving's own offerings.
6. Intellectual property
KLiving, the KLiving wordmark, and the names of each KLiving brand are trademarks of KLiving, Inc. or its subsidiaries. You may not use them in a way that implies endorsement without our written permission.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is.” KLiving is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or the KLiving account.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms; material changes come with email notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
