Privacy policy

1. Who we are

KLiving, Inc. (“KLiving”, “we”) is the operator behind a family of consumer brands including KreditBuilder and HomeWifi30. This policy covers the data we collect on the parent marketing site (kliving.org), including the referral landing at /r/[code], and the account-level data that flows through every KLiving brand. Each brand also publishes its own privacy policy for product-specific data handling.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly: when you create a KLiving account from any brand site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and billing or shipping address as required by the brand you're signing up for. Account-level data is shared across brands in your account; product-specific data stays with the brand that collected it.

Referral data: when you follow a /r/[code] referral link we store the code in a first-party cookie for up to 30 days, so we can attribute and credit your signup.

Automatically collected: device and browser information, pages visited, referrer URLs, and interaction timestamps. Cookies and similar technologies are used only with your consent — see our cookie settings.

3. How we use your information

Create and maintain your KLiving account
Route you to the correct brand signup flow (including attributing referrals)
Send service and security notices (verification emails, password resets, logins from new devices)
Provide cross-brand customer support when you contact us at the account level
Improve the site and product family through aggregate analytics (when you consent)
Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share account-level data with the KLiving brand(s) you have subscribed to so they can provide service. We share information with our auth, payments, email, and analytics providers under contracts that require them to use data only to provide their services. We do not share data between KLiving brands beyond the account-level fields (name, email, billing) needed to run a shared account.

5. Your privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information under CCPA/CPRA. We honor Global Privacy Control signals. Email privacy@kliving.org to exercise any of these rights.

6. Data retention

Account records persist for as long as you have an active KLiving account, and for up to 7 years after account closure for tax and accounting reasons. Referral cookies expire after 30 days. Site-level analytics are aggregated and anonymized after 12 months.

7. Data security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Account passwords are hashed with modern algorithms; payment data never touches our servers in raw form.

8. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the service or regulations change. Material changes come with email notice and a banner on this site.
